You can download the Tropical Talk Toolbar here: http://tropicaltalk.freeforums.org/toolbar.php
Once you have it loaded into your browser you can customise various aspects using the drop down menu beside the TTalk logo on the lefthand side.
You can have an email notifier, see your local weather, add shortcuts to useful programs such as Word, and a number of other nifty gadgets.
New posts, user updates, weblinks and our news ticker also appear and will update every time you open you browser.
